Caroline joined Facebook’s Return to Work program in August, 2019. She worked as a senior software engineer in India before taking a 2 year break. Caroline joined the program before remote operations began, and after completing the 16 week journey, she became a full-time employee of Facebook in December, 2019. Caroline is now a Performance and Capacity Engineer in the Infrastructure Foundation Organization, working on capacity planning and forecasting for Facebook Products.
Juliana joined Facebook’s Return to Work program in April of 2020. She was an Army Engineer Officer before taking a 9 year break from traditional employment to pursue a MS degree and other personal passions. Juliana interviewed and completed the 16 week Return to Work program fully remote. After graduating from the program in August 2020, she joined Facebook full time as a Program Manager in Infrastructure Data Centers focused on data center alerts and monitoring.
Sammy joined Facebook’s Return to Work program in April, 2020. She worked as a Scientist in a biotech company before taking a 3-year break. Sammy joined the program when remote operations just began, and after completing the 16 week journey, she became a full-time employee of Facebook in September, 2020. Sammy is now a Data Scientist in WhatsApp Core Data Team, working on measuring and improving overall performance, reliability and efficiency of the product.
Mojola Epps is a recruiter with over five years of experience. She started her recruiting career in the Commercial Recruitment staffing sector but moved to Facebook’s Technical Recruiting team in 2016. In 2020, she joined the newly created Pathways Programs Specialized Tech Recruiting team that supports the Return to Work Program. Mojola and her team are dedicated recruiters that directly review each resume for targeted skills and qualifications. She is passionate about supporting those who are looking to rejoin the workforce and will offer guidance and expertise as you journey to Return to Work. Looking forward to connecting with you all!
